Engage with participants in Individual sessions to empower and educate and allow them to identify their problem with alcohol and other illicit drugs. Introduce the CBT approach in sessions to help participants to resolve their own problems and seek better ways of living by exposing their irrational beliefs and misconceptions.

Write incident reports if necessary and observe participants daily behavior throughout the tour i'm assigned that day. Establish a rapport with participants and ensure their safety by conducting periodic rounds hourly on the evening and late evening tour.
