  -Project overall in charge-Crisis management after Covid 19 pandemic-HDB building handing over - Overall in-charge for the PPVC and 2D precast coordination in HDB Project PNC5.- Solve all structure related issues/discrepancies. - Solve the technical issues in modular construction, propose alternative design to project QP.- Authority submission to all agencies including LTA DBC, BCA, Npark, PUB.- Prepare and submit method statements for all structural trade and activities.- In-charge of site temporary work, machinery and site utility planning. - Actively involved in the first HDB PPVC project from piling til hand-over- solve technical issues on site with consultant- plan and execute construction of precinct work such as steel link bridges and link ways. - Coordinate the construction of first HDB cross laminated timber (CLT) building.
