I have been involved in IT operations for various industries within Asia Pacific for last 15 years.       My main responsibility is to oversee the IT Operations for Asia Pacific which consist of Singapore, China, India, Japan and Australia. Manage all IT requirements and work with the International IT group and provide efficient and effective service delivery to all users around the world.- Provide leadership to the local and regional IT infrastructure implementations and system enhancements.- Engage with the team to improve on customer service level for internal users.- Define and own disaster recovery workflow for all sites and ensure its proper implementation to ensure continued availability of business critical systems and support for the continued operation of the business- Develop and manage the Service Level Agreements in collaboration with the International IT team to assure high availability and timely support services rendered to critical business application and infrastructure.- Work closely with each business unit to ensure a smooth roll-out of any system/ project implementation. - Manage all contracts pertaining to IT for various sites- Review the effectiveness of policies, structures and process impacting IT area and make recommendation as necessary.- Responsible for providing support on IT systems including infrastructure, telephony system and networking. - Responsible for company’s IT infrastructure such as network, file server, door security access and telephone systems, etc.- Understanding of the scope of service/delivery model and communicate them to group members.- Provide IT support to Asia Pacific region ensuring appropriate resources and system availability- Creating business report / release a survey of troubleshooting analysis at the monthly meeting / review service contract- Manage all IT Assets (Hardware / Software)- Test and commission mobile devices (Blackberry, iPhone, Android) to ensure it comply to company standards- Work out SOW for vendor and ensure they adhere to the contract terms.
