  This role is dedicated to helping customers realize the value from their investments with Microsoft Modern Work solutions. Bridging deployment assistance from many areas of Microsoft, such as engineering teams, FastTrack, Premier Support, and Microsoft Partners, I help customers to develop and maintain a deployment plan that matches their journey.I also serve as the team's champ for Security and Compliance workloads, as well as being a member of sevearl product groups focused on expanding our Zero Trust Guided Path for deployment. Show less The devices and mobility team at Microsoft is responsible for supporting the pre-sales needs of our customers including the Windows client operating system, the management solutions for clients, our hybrid cloud services and the devices themselves. In this role, I support Windows and the System Center Configuration Manager as well as represent Microsoft's cloud-based MDM solution - Intune. I help customers to manage their user identities and access controls both in the traditional on-premises methods and with their cloud services. Using Azure Active Directory and the Microsoft Identity Manager solutions, I guide customers to finding strong solutions to manage identities across all of their cloud based and traditional systems. Security of the user identity and the company data is paramount, and this role is heavily involved in helping customers with identity federation (ADFS and SAML) as well as enhancing logins with multi-factor authentication solutions.
