  Henry was asked personally by the Operations Manager at United Energy to set-up a CISPlus+ System Test team which would conduct comprehensive testing of all new releases as delivered to United Energy by SPL World Group and all new development from the internal United Energy development group.When Utili-Mode was established Henry was asked to join Utili-Mode and setup a UAT Team within the business.

  Henry developed and deployed a scalable Testing Methodology within Deloitte Consulting. He was also a key member of the CMM project for a large Telco client and was responsible for the management of the SQA Group within the CMM Accreditation project.

  Henry took over as a Test Manager (Test Prime) for a large Telecommunications Network Domain Manager project. The Domain Manager system provides provisioning of network device/infrastructure discovery, configuration, customer ordering tool, service activation and assurance services. The system consists of a Web based front end, a TIBCO middle layer and a collection of Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) system products.

  Henry was responsible for the test leadership of the Process and Regression test team (4 testers) and the management and co-ordination of the NL-IOT test execution phase (38 testers and SMEs). NL-IOT stand for Network Layer Inter-Operability Testing and is basically Integration Testing of the Network solution. He was also acting as 2IC to the Program Test Manager.Structured testing was enabled by following the A-L SEMP Development Process and the Titan Test Framework.

  A key deliverable for AMIPO is the coordinated Industry Testing for the AMI Program. MHC appointed Henry as the AMI Program Industry Test Manager.Henry was required to facilitate and manage the Victorian electricity market participants’ contribution to the test preparation/design activities, to ensure a comprehensive and focused testing coverage.   Returned to Computershare as a QA Manager in the CTS Oceania group. During the first 11 months Henry's major purpose was to establish a centralised QA team and manage the operational delivery of all testing activities for the group.In April 2012 accepted a QA Manager position in the CTS Global Development group. The Transformation Program would benefit from Henry’s previous experience in Process Improvement and QA Competency Implementation. The group works on a decentralized model, with 9 development teams all looking after their set of global products. Change management in such an environment can be challenging.
