  • Working on Marassi H6 Golf resort and H9 Beach Hotel north coast (package 147) sidi abdul Rahman project (Owner Emaar Misr, Project Manager TURNER) since 26/10/2020 till Present.Brief: (Guest rooms, service apartments, pools, back of house & Front of house public areas) of total cost (Grand Total Basic & Optional scope 1,284,864,192 L.E).• Working on Marassi Bay (Village A) north coast (package 157) sidi abdul Rahman project (Owner Emaar Misr, Project Manager TURNER) since 26/10/2020 till Present.Brief: In general, the Scope of Work under this package can be summarized as follows: Total package Parcel Area: app. 134,177 m² , Buildings: The Scope of Work includes 91 residential Villas, Community Centre, Beach Club and Public Toilet building with a total built‐up area of app. 58,796 m2 , This Package includes the Skeleton, MEP and Finishing Works of total cost (Grand Total Basic & Optional scope L.E).• Marassi (Construction of Marassi Bay Breakwater cabanas) (Owner Emaar Misr, Project Manager TURNER). 48 Luxury units located directly in Marassi Bay, the project has been awarded to CCC/HAC on March 2022 Started on April 2022, finished by July 2022.Brief: The project consists of: 48 Fully furnished break water cabanas Units including all external & internal finishing's & Beach promenade Show less -Manage & Support communication between project team, clients, vendors, contractors, consultants.-Manage and allocated necessary project resources including subcontractors, suppliers and company labors.-Ensured projects were executed according to approved time, cost estimates and quality  Report accurately and timely on project progress until completion.-Managed assigned projects including project schedules, contractor coordination and material scheduling-Implement and manage productivity measures and reporting format.-Oversee and approve all costs for the project and then submit to the Director of Construction-Motivate and negotiate effectively with employees and client groups to take desired action-Consistently prioritized tasks in order to ensure successful delivery of quality projects on time and within budget-Identification, scheduling and procurement of the project construction materials to meet the requirements of the established program of work and the specifications as defined in the contract.-Identifies and compiles from contract documents all quantities and specifications of materials required for the project.
