  I have a team of 8. 2 managers and 6 Development Manager,s covering the UK. My role is to help develop the Used Vehicle Approved Programmes and develop service plan and warranty business for Nissan and Renault.I specialise I helping the Manufacturer and Dealer network generate additional used vehicle sales by analysing key KPI's and using sales tools I have developed throughout my career.The key area's of focus are often not rocket science but having simple to follow processes in place that are followed and adopted by the sales teams and management.Small changes in a number of different area's can often make a large difference to the GPPU & sales volumes, Show less Senior Dealer Development Manager, To improve dealer used sales and profitability, Manager of 3 feild staff covering the UK and Scotland. The role was developed around the JLR Approved Programme, but taken to the next level by supporting retailers and helping them generate additional used vehicle sales in a more profitable way, By improving unit sales by 3 or 4 units / month this could have a big impact on the overall unit sales over the year and make the difference between missing and hitting the retailers used vehicle objective .
