  my responsibilities were to maintain a safe working rig and equipment,also to supervise a 4 man crew while servicing a customers well,its my job to make sure the proper paper work J.S.A. for each job is done before each task takes place through out the day,i also have to have good communication with the company man and my office ,my job is to assure each hand goes home the same way he came to work Safety First,and to assist the company man any way i can to assure the job runs smoothly and time sufficient ,i also have to keep track of pipe tally and paperwork at the end of each work day .
