Electrical maintenance of Cogeneration Power Plant 33 MW(3 GTGs), 3 x 11.33MW G10-1, GE make gas turbines installed with Ansaldo alternator & soft staring system, GE Fanuc control system and Woodward governor and synchronizer. Each turbine has heat recovery boiler of UMAG make. All the 6kV & 415V distribution system is SIEMENS Pakistan. 2. Operation and maintenance of Steam power plant 27 MW, 3 X 9MW 850 / C, BBC make gas turbine installed with CEM alternator, with three BORSIG boilers each having capacity 85 t/hr. All the 6kV & 415V distribution system is BBC make.3. To ensure the reliable operation and maintenance of ELMS (Electrical Load Management System), Priority based Plant electric load shedding system and its signal exchange algorithm with steam turbine and gas turbine switchgear. 4. Operation and maintenance of 2MW Black Start Emergency Diesel Generator and its signal exchange algorithm with ELMS (Electrical Load Management System) and MV Switchgear.5. Develop and implement annual plan for inspection and PM of MV and LV Substations/MCCs.6. Preparation of annual lists of spare parts, consumable materials and special tools or test equipment.7. Preparation of Technical specification and Supervise/Provide Technical Support/Instructions for Maintenance and troubleshooting of MV and LV Switch gear installed at Power house , Sub-Stations, MV and LV Motors, Transformer, Fire Alarm System, Energy Analyzers, VFD, Soft Starters, Control Circuit of Hoist Crane and other Electrical equipments.8.Reviews design options and recommend best solution based on cost, engineering quality, or availability of materials.9. Prepare equipment cost benefit analysis reports, Payback period reports, staff/contractor appraisal reports, indicating activities carried out, problems encountered and produce analysis reports of a technical nature indicating different comparison analysis and recommendations to alleviate recurring problems.   Muridke Power Plant is 234 MW Combined Cycle Power Generation facility located in Sheikhupura Pakistan near Lahore, owned by Sapphire Electric Company and its O&M and CSA contracts are with General Electric (GE). My responsibilities are followings:1. Managing Day to Day activities of Electrical Maintenance Department including PM/CM/PDMs.2. Coordinate with Engineering through PAC cases, M&D cases, support central to resolve plant critical issues to ensure Plant Reliability, Availability, Start up reliability and to reduce number of trips.3. Coordinate I&FS team for planning and successful execution of plant outages.4. Propose, maintain and track KPIs of Maintenance Department.5. Ensure asset integrity and reliability through FMEA, Single point failure Assets, RAM+ actions.6. Suggest, implement and execute facility improvement plans (FIP).76. Prepare and submit detailed technical reports on all maintenance related works / projects as per customer and management requirements.7. Drive optimization of plant maintenance strategies with the aim of achieving lower cost operation and/or increased efficiency.8. Maintenance of 1x 85 MW Steam Turbine Generator (Make: SKODA) with Brushless excitation System and Siemens Generator Protection.9. Maintenance of 132KV Grid Station having double bus single breaker scheme (Make: Siemens).10.Maintenance of 95 MVA, 11.5 KV/132 KV Power Transformers with On-load Tap changer, ONAF Cooling system make: LEEEC.11. Develop/Review and implementation of SOPs, maintenance manuals, training plans, PM/PDM Plan & reliability program for electrical systems.12. Preparation of annual Revenue & Capital budget.13.
