  Working in Central Services in the Forestry Commission delivering training in Management Development such as Problem Solving, Performance Management, Managing Meetings, Developing Others, Building Effective Stakeholders, Time Management, Feedback and Coaching and other facilitation. Project manager for the Management Development Programme for Mid to Senior managers and Project manager for the Graduate Development Programme. From 2016 the role was adapted to support the decentralisation of our Central Services, providing support and coaching for staff facing redundancy. I also implemented and manage the Learning Management System as well as manage a small team of Learning and Development Officers .Within my role I am a facilitator for a variety of topics related to Management and Leadership as well as an Executive Coach.
