The field mobility suite covers electronic dispatching, shift information, system admin and field mobility solutions. The role includes initiating continuous improvement opportunities through upgraded system functionality and utilising existing functionality to its full extent. As part of the role we offer software and hardware support to approx. 800 end users.Through my years in the role I have taken a lead on the dispatch side of the business and recently implemented and configured two critical business solutions; the Workforce Optimisation (Auto Dispatch) solution and the Appointment Booking solution for customer work utilising existing functionality provided by the dispatching software.- Service Suite (ABB) applications user expert with 8 years experience in software functionality.
