  My involvement began with the creation a limited company and takeover of the existing business. My role as a manager has mainly involved overhauling the image of the restaurant and establishing it as a fine diner. This includes marketing campaign; online marketing development; creation of an eco-sustainable framework that does not compromise quality for price; financial management and guaranteeing constant excellence in customer service. I have also effectively implemented a paper-free workflow using a combination of cloud servicesand handheld tablets, for everything from taking orders at the table to stock and supplier management.My work at Cristini also includes the creation of a seasonal menu with the collaboration of Chef Paul Lonergan with a particular eye to presentation, flavour and authenticity.Being the manager in a little restaurant also means I'm everywhere at all times; on the floor establishing durable customer relationship or in the kitchen cooking Italian pasta with gusto I pride my self of being able to combine each of my customer individual flavour with the right wine.
