  The Chief of Party (COP) holds the overall responsibility for leadership, management, coordination and reporting of all project activities, with a primary focus on effective staff, budget and project management. Reporting directly to the USAID responsible focal person, the COP will play a pivotal role in representing the project and ensuring financial and human resources are managed efficiently.
