  Projects1) AK-203 Assault RifleIndia collaborated with Russia to develop AK-203 Assault rifle indigenously.It involved making molds and press tools for large scale production of the machine gun parts such as Magazine, Butt, Upper Hand Guard, Lower Hand Guard.2) TMT International Observatory (Actuator)The Thirty Meter Telescope is an extremely large telescope on Hawai island. It is being developed by US, Japan, China, and India.   Highco was established in 1979 and its core working is on sheet metal working, tool making and R&D. It acquires projects from Tata Groups and does manufacturing for it. I have been given the responsibility to look after and assure the quality of the robotic Arm welding of a new project of Berth box manufacturing. I prepare reports, do weld testing like chisel test(Destructive) or dye test( NDT) as per the requirement, prepare presentation, SOP, modify Process sheet if required as of now.
