      ● Improved relationships with core suppliers and plant directors to provide a more efficient production and distribution for our North American Frozen Foods network. ● North America Supply planning lead for creating a more efficient end to end process between commercial and demand by creating tableau reporting tools that will support organizational goals and initiatives of reducing inventory annually. ● Negotiated with co-manufacturers to identify internal storage to give Kellogg the ability to mix SKU’s on stock orders resulting in better case fill rate service for customers & reducing redeployment Show less • Manage the production schedule for six Eggo production facilities. • Assisted and trained the dry side of the business Supply Network Planning, a new supply planning and deployment system and was considered a TLB specialist during training. • Collaborated with Transportation, Finance, and Customer Service on how to reduce our redeployment spend and identified opportunities for cost saving projects within the Frozen Network. • Identified additional inter-modal lanes in the Frozen network that contributed our IM utilization to be under budget. • Created a more efficient bypass transit lane between our plants and DC’s, this included developing new reports and changing the deployment schedule. Case Fill has increased 4% since these practices were introduced. • Improved efficiency by optimizing UL’s on stock orders, as frozen plants were favorable at $.98/UL and 1.3UL/truck to budget. Show less • Manage deployment and SPOC for Snacks Central and Southern regional distribution centers. • Utilized deployment tools such as SAP and Manugistics to maximize Product Availability metrics (case fill, space utilization, network capacity).• Created a new order writing process for deployment orders at 4 co-manufacturing facilities. This new process gives our co-mans more time to secure a carrier, quicker deliveries to NSD’s, and has reduced transportation costs.• Identified and directed creative solutions and re-deployments across the DSD network by managing an “A” item inventory report at all DSD locations. This report helped drive the DSD network Case Fill above the 96.5% network goal. • Developed relationships with DSD personnel and used problem solving skills daily for 9 DSD facilities while maintaining a 97.7% case fill in P11. Show less • Assisted in the implementation of DSD Customer Service group from start-up pilot phase into an established group that now services all Kellogg DSD Distribution Centers. • Implemented Best in Class customer service practices that resulted in a decrease of 10% in refusals. These practices were used for Kellogg Distribution Centers, DSD Sales Representatives, and DSD Drivers and provided quick, reliable solutions that maximized sale opportunities and profits by eliminating waste. • Used SAP to manually create special add-on orders for stores, which created unexpected additional revenue for the company.
