As a Student Welfare Division staff member, I was actively involved in initiatives aimed at enhancing student engagement and well-being.Key Experiences:1. Person in Charge (PIC) – Open SaungOpen Saung was a student gathering initiative designed to introduce "Saung" as a communal space for Industrial Engineering students. The event featured live performances, games, and discussions to foster a stronger sense of community.- Led the collaboration between Student Welfare and Research & Development divisions to develop a well-structured concept and execution plan.- Ensured smooth event operations by overseeing the rundown, logistics, and coordination to create an engaging experience for participants.2. Vice Chief Committee – INFINITE 2019INFINITE 2019 was a celebratory event recognizing the achievements of Industrial Engineering students while marking the conclusion of the HMPSTI 2018/2019 term.- As Vice Chief Committee, I managed multiple divisions, ensuring all teams met their deliverables within deadlines while maintaining a high standard of execution.- Oversaw the event timeline, quality control, and coordination, ensuring that all operational details were executed flawlessly on the event day.Through these roles, I gained leadership, event management, and organizational skills, contributing to student engagement and fostering a vibrant Industrial Engineering student community at UNPAR.   The Majelis Perwakilan Mahasiswa (MPM) UNPAR, or Student Representative Council, is the highest governing body within PM UNPAR, consisting of representatives from each academic department. As a representative of the Industrial Engineering Department, I was actively involved in student governance, policymaking, and organizational development.Key Experiences:1. Person in Charge (PIC) – Safari LembagaSafari Lembaga is a collaborative initiative between the Student Executive Board (LKM) and MPM, aimed at fostering stronger engagement between student organizations within PM UNPAR.In 2019, I led the second iteration of Safari Lembaga, introducing a new concept that enhanced collaboration between LKM and MPM in a unified functional approach.- Responsible for program planning, rundown structuring, coordination, and follow-ups, ensuring seamless execution and achieving the intended objectives.2. Chief Committee – Diklat SM BP UNPARDiklat (Pendidikan dan Pelatihan) Senat Mahasiswa (SM) Badan Pemeriksa (BP) is a training program designed to prepare future legislative and judiciary members within PM UNPAR.As Chief Committee, I evaluated past programs and introduced new innovations to improve the training curriculum, ensuring it met the needs of future student representatives.- Led and coordinated multiple divisions, ensuring that each team met their targets ahead of deadlines while maintaining a high standard of execution.Through these roles, I developed leadership, organizational management, and strategic planning skills while contributing to student governance and institutional improvements at UNPAR.
