Quaterfinalist- XIV Amity National Moot Court Competition, 2023 Amity University, Lucknow Mar 2023 A team comprising me, Ananya Banerjee, and Yachna Nimi from the second year were adjudged as Quarterfinalists in the 14th Amity National Moot Court Competition held from 23rd-25th March 2023 in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.There were 46 participating teams in the competition and our team managed to secure 4th position in the prelims. It… Show more A team comprising me, Ananya Banerjee, and Yachna Nimi from the second year were adjudged as Quarterfinalists in the 14th Amity National Moot Court Competition held from 23rd-25th March 2023 in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.There were 46 participating teams in the competition and our team managed to secure 4th position in the prelims. Additionally, the researcher stood 3rd in the Researchers' test. The moot proposition was based on Constitutional law, RERA and Contempt of Court laws. It involved SLP, PIL and Suo-motu contempt proceedings. Overall, as our first offline national moot, it was a great learning experience.We are thankful to the faculty members and seniors who helped us day in and day out!
