  I had 2 weeks of work placement with Benfica FC, which involved me learning everything about the club from a business and football aspect of the club. I had various seminars, presentations and lab work from all of the departments of the club such as the scouting, soccer school, nutrition to name a few. I also did a lot of performance analysis during the work placement.

  This is an amateur football club with an elite mindset that I created to give talented and hard working players that I've fallen out of football or have not been spotted by any clubs a way into the game by playing showcase games against semi professional, professional and non league clubs in the hope of getting seen and signed. The club will also support the players with their well being and lifestyle by doing workshops and inviting guest speakers to talk about everything to do with football such as racism, discrimination, homophobic behaviour etc.We are also proud members of the Essex Alliance League. This will give the boys the opportunity to play regular competitive football. In the 19/20 season we played in Division One where we finished 3rd in the league, cup quarter finalists of Fenton Cup and highest goal scoring team in the league with 45 goals.The team will be playing in the Essex Alliance League Premier Division in the 21/22 season, which is one division below the Step 7 as part of the national football pyramid.
