I also spent time working in the HRIS team where I served as a Project Manager and Application DBA for a suite of EEO-related applications.

      I serve as the liaison between the technical team and the Human Resources functional team to facilitate the implementation of PeopleSoft customizations and troubleshoot system issues. I also work with downstream and upstream applications to keep PeopleSoft HCM interfaces running smoothly. I also support the PeopleSoft Enterprise Portal and propose solutions that would enhance usability. As a member of the team responsible for the implementation of PeopleSoft ERP system at BJC HealthCare, I worked with such technologies as BI Publisher, PeopleTools, OBIEE, SQR, PS Query, Hyperion Reporting, and Crystal Reports.I also designed and developed the PeopleSoft Enterprise Portal for use across the organization. This included Employee Self-Service, Manager Self-Service, Human Resources, Supply Chain Management, and Financials. Prior to my move to the ERP project, I was a ColdFusion developer on the HR Applications team. I also served as the System Administrator for the implementation of the Taleo recruiting system at BJC.
