      Leading a team to create an interactive dashboard for analysis of CAR trends. This effort is projected to free up several hundred man-hours annually. Responsible for acting as a partner to aid in root cause analysis and development of corrective and preventative actions to organizations that have been given a Corrective Action Request (CAR) from various regulatory entities. Lead efforts to stand up CFM56-3 and CFM56-7 MRO and test cell capabilities. Completed numerous 6S events and a capacity analysis via time studies. Developed a production control system to create a smoother flow of operations using status boards and smart carts rather than pallets.
