      As Deloitte’s Delegation co-Head, I act as co-leader of the Deloitte Delegation aimed at supporting the B20 in the development of an endorsed Policy Recommendations document to be conveyed to the G20 Leaders in view of their 2022 Summit.Internally, working closely with Deloitte Global Public Policy Leaders, I manage a Deloitte international team in the Asia-Pacific region (Singapore and Australia), help develop Deloitte’s strategy engagement with regards to the upcoming B20 “Troika” (Indonesia, India and Brazil) and interact regularly with Deloitte’s Senior Leaders from different regions across all continents.Externally, working closely with the Taskforce Chair and the team led by the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, key interlocutors include global C-Levels Business Leaders, officials from International Organizations, Policy Makers and other relevant stakeholders. Show less The objective of the cross-cutting “Special Initiative” on Women Empowerment of the B20 Italy 2021 is to collect inputs specifically devoted to foster the empowerment of women, and to encourage gender diversity in all economic and social sectors. The Special Initiative is aimed to generate robust policy recommendations through a transparent, collaborative, and inclusive process with relevant stakeholders, especially (but not exclusively) with the Women 20 (W20) Engagement Group. The Special Initiative will deliver a final Policy Paper with targeted recommendations and will be tasked with advocating them vis-à-vis the G20 and other public and private organizations, institutions, and groups of interest.As a Task Force Member representing Deloitte, my role was to contribute to the Policy Recommendation development, discuss and orient the policy papers’ overall content.
