In addition, I provided diagnostic imaging services in a busy NHS outpatients department and supported research delivery as Associate-Principal Investigator on the EYE-NEON study. My role required me to provide accurate and efficient diagnostic imaging services in a busy outpatients department in order to aid the diagnosis and treatment of a wide variety of ocular pathologies. Examples of some of the procedures that I carried out daily include: fluorescein angiography, ocular ultrasound, gonioscopy, fundus photography, IV cannulation, visual field analysis, optical coherence tomography and immersion biometry.

      Clinical Trial Manager

      I manage clinical trials from set-up through to closure. At present, I am the leading study management on STEPS II (multi-centre asessor blinded medical device RCT looking at whether FES to the common peroneal nerve reduces bradykinesia in people with PD) and CANABID (multi-centre prospective cohort study determining the impact of prescribed canabidiol for people with Dravet and Lennox-Gastaut syndrome).
