      Water Aerobics Instructor

      Taught Active Older Adults in a water-based fitness class. Standard aerobics components incorporated into every class: warm-up; cardio; strength and endurance; flexibility and range of motion; and cool down during every class with self-made play lists and lesson plans. Fun fitness facts included in every class. Also trained to teach Arthritis Aqua to help the older population of students maintain and potentially improve their flexibility and range of motion.
