      Junior Manager Continuous Improvement - Coppel November 2009 - September 2014From 2014, I played a pivotal role in driving operational improvements across Argentina and Brazil within the continuous improvement department, overseeing impactful projects in these regions. Additionally, I spearheaded the implementation and training of nationwide managers for an Exhibition project at Coppel stores. In 2013, I updated operational manuals for the BanCoppel treasury department. Between 2011 and 2012, I served as a nationwide leader, operational and logistical coordinator, leading the Sustainable Light Program's first and second stages, collaborating with key stakeholders to achieve energy-saving and environmental goals set by the Federal Government. In 2010-2011, I managed and monitored continuous improvement initiatives, reporting directly to the company's owner.
