      Coming in on a one year contract, I built twentysix a creative department that combined traditional design skills with marketing communication capabilities. Creative pitch wins included Shell, Barratt Homes and Travelodge to a billable value of over £1m in the first 12 months.

      I joined the media agency Blue Barracuda to build a team that would give the agency a full 360° digital capability. We provided a full digital marketing service to Pizza Hut – website, advertising, social as well as all media planning and buying that directly resulted in the sale of over 100,000,000 home delivery pizzas.I rebranded the agency, grew the team from 3 to 15 and instituted new working processes allowing them to increase their creative billings by over 40% and win several new creative accounts including eBay, the UK Film Council, Danone, Glaxo Smith Kline, and Wagamama.We sold the agency to the Interpublic Group 1n 2011 and were merged with DraftFCB.       I was eager to learn more about Mobile.After 12 years experience in mobile marketing, Sponge raised £1.5m in venture capital to explore the opportunities presented by public Wi-Fi networks in retail. I joined to help them develop the branding, positioning and user experience of a mobile shopper marketing platform.The first phase of this was completed at the end of year 2013 at which point the company restructured to raise a further round of capital. Having effected the transition from a marketing agency to one focused on Software as a Service, my involvement in the process was complete and I moved on to pursue the physical/digital arena with Imagination.
