  I led the development and adoption of delivery best practice across Beca Group. I worked across the business to understand challenges, risks, and opportunities in how Beca delivered it's client work, and managed a team to drive improvements to Beca's delivery processes, tools, and behaviors. As Beca Group's manager of delivery practice, I oversaw delivery training and support for Beca's 4000+ employees, was the Product Owner for Beca's Project Delivery System, and managed continual improvement of delivery processes.Notable achievements include:1. The collaborative development of the Amplify Delivery Strategy 2021-2023, a cornerstone plan to help Beca achieve its second-century goals. 2. My team attaining the highest engagement score across the company in 2022. 3. Being appointed to Principal in April 2021 in recognition of my contribution.4. Successful Project Management of the detailed design and first stage of construction for a complex water & waste project - the first of it's kind in NZ - with a diverse, multidisciplinary team from 2012-2015. Show less As a consultant in the Geotechnical team, Jenny provided hydrogeological expertise on civil infrastructure and water projects and led multidisciplinary projects across Beca. Jenny was also the Section Quality Representative and worked alongside business management to improve delivery performance and compliance. A project highlight was managing a large interdisciplinary team to deliver a unique project with complex regulatory requirements and changing client requirements. The project involved the design of a biosolids storage landfill, with $5.2mil in consulting fees and included contract management of the $28mil first phase of construction. Jenny also led the environmental work on the project, developing and obtaining regulatory approval for site management and monitoring plans. Show less
