  I joined as a senior developer and within 6 months I was promoted to team manager, leading a team of 11 developers across multiple technology streams. I also managed the IT Support service for 150 end users and implemented a new IT Helpdesk solution that was used to log and track production support issues and change requests from around the business. Managed the product backlog items and facilitated the daily stand-ups.
