  Being part of the QA team in Mead Johnson, I was exposed to the real process of a stringent quality management system. From there, I have gained various insights on the necessary qualities of working in the quality department, including being neat and thorough with the documents as well as how to communicate effectively to relay important information accurately. Furthermore, I also worked as a document coordinator. In addition to managing the online document library and performing minor editing to the SOPs and Work Instructions, I contributed to a new project in developing a new document management system, including a new archival system, for all documents in the company. This opportunity not only allows me to brush up on my soft skills such as effective communication, but it also allows me to learn more about technical administrative skills, including handling of information on the company websites and managing the monthly product distribution records in a real company setting, which are definitely not taught in school.
