      I did my internship at POMGH to obtain my Medical board Registration Certificate to Practice. During these time I have operated the Schimadzu Wall mounted Xray Machine. I also operated the Schimadzu Portable X-Ray machine at the ICU and Operating theater for post CVP line cases, Cholangiograms, etc. I have also processed x-ray films with the Automatic Processors. I have also observed cases screened using the Ceiling Mounted X-Ray Fluoroscopy. Cases includes, Hysterosalphingograms, Intravenous Pyelograms, Micturating cystourethrograms, Barium Studies (swallow, meal and enema both single and double contrast), Ultrasound, CT proceedures at Pacific International Hospital. Dissolve the public health board based at Mendi General Hospital and Establish a new PHA board as stipulated in the PHA Act, 2007, Section 8. Follow up with the National Reform team (NRT) and Follow up with Health Minister to get the Ministerial Order to Have the PHA launched. Once it is launched by the delegates, then a New CEO is appointed, the three Directors of Curative Health, Public Health and Corporate Services are advertised. The advertisements of all other positions follow suit. Then competent people are selected to work with the PHA. PHA basically is amalgamating the public health system with the rural health service (primary care providers) so the system becomes one (1) or "Wanpela System Tasol".PHA launched, and I have achieved it. Now SHP has gained PHA Status. Show less
