These include large private clients and clients listed on the ASX or a global exchange. Key responsibilities include:- Appointed auditor for a number of listed and large and privately insurers and brokers- Delivery of financial statements audits under ASX listing rules and requirements- PCAOB audit partner issuing financial statement and control clearances- Delivery of regulatory assurance engagements as required by APRA and ASIC- Delivery of control attestation reports for compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements- Delivery of controls attestation reports for compliance with APRA prudential standardsConsulting experienceI have delivered a large number of advisory projects.
