      Job Responsibilities:** Research & Development for E-ball stat for the Thermal Management Module (TMM) of Audi, Volkswagen and CHANGAN Automobile Inc. cars.** Researching the right composite material & design for the TMM to improve the cracking resistance, reduce creep & stress level.** Researching the aging effect of the coolant material, temperature and pressure on the mechanical properties of the PPS-GF 40 and ABS plastic material.** Researching the effect of fiber alignment in the injection molding process (i.e. 0, 90 degree and Weldline) on the mechanical properties of the composite material. ** Using AutoDesk MoldFlow software to understand the Mold design for Injection Molding.** Modeling the TMM design by using designing tools i.e. CATIA, UG, PTC Creo etc. ** Performing Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to predict the creep properties & stress level at various positions of the injection molded part.** Doing Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis to measure the pressure drop at each valve opening in the TMM housing. ** Making control strategy of the ball valve for the equal distribution of the coolant material to the powertrain components of the car.
