  I served as the Disability Claims Settlement Consultant with Sun Life Financial until July 2015 having dual accountability for implementing the non litigated settlement process and strategy for long term disability claims as well as the promotion and leadership of the non-litigated settlement strategy to internal and external stakeholders.
