In this role, I managed and oversaw the design, financial planning, implementation, installations, service & maintenance and operations of all Mattel security systems 220 locations domestic and worldwide. These security systems include Security Video Systems, Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems, emergency communication systems, Incident command systems, Motorola Two-way Radio Systems, Mass Notification systems, International SOS Traveler Alert systems,etc.This global footprint includes large overseas manufacturing plants in China, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia and South Africa. Other out of Country locations include manufacturing plants and distribution centers in Mexico, Bogota Columbia and MEGA Blocks in Canada. Domestic locations include Mattel stores and distribution centers across the Country. In addition, I managed and oversaw the electronic security systems for all Mattel Corporate brands and their distribution centers and retail stores.These brands include all 20 locations of the American Girl Doll stores, and their distribution HQ in Middleton WI, as well as all Fisher Price locations. At Mattel’s corporate offices in El Segundo Ca, I also managed and oversaw all electronic security systems for the multi building site Corporate campus.
