      Consult with team captain/manager/organiser about the aims of the sessions. (Head Coach) Co-ordinate the coaches and coaching for junior & youth teams. To plan, prepare, deliver and evaluate the coaching programme to develop the young players. (Head Coach) Provide support and advice to the assistant coaches and helpers within the coaching team. Be prepared to delegate organisational jobs which do not need your coaching skills e.g. keeping the register, equipment and venue hire. Brief all helpers, assistant coaches and players on the aims of the session and the purpose of each activity. Involve all helpers and make sure they are made aware of the value of their input. Liaise with the club committee to ensure that there are regular, appropriate, competitive opportunities for members. I was also personally responsible for Contract Database Management, which provides accurate capture of key contract information and within a system where we were able to extract reporting that can be provided to the client engagement teams.
