  I manage the entire U.S tax function for a European publicly traded multinational with 19 U.S. entities. The role includes tax provision, tax planning, acquisitions, audit management and tax compliance for Federal return and 35+ states. Compliance responsibilities also includes sales tax and personal property tax. Integral in generating tax savings via income tax credits and property tax abatements. I am also the controller of the US Holding company.
