From my first day, my quality manager was on long term sick and did not return. March foods have no technical manager or director, so I was the most senior technical person for almost 12 months. I led the BRC, Kosher, Britvic and ISO audits to very good results, Also all site visits from customers such as Weetabix, Unilever, Britvic and numerous others.
