      I worked two different retailer in six years. I had so many challenges and obstacles at Media-Markt and Vatan Computer to solve.• Always fought for excellence and high scores at Audits.• Founded/Created Non-Program areas for better customer experience.• I chose effective people to create influencer Virtual Team.• Influenced these team members to aim our target and responsibilities.• Forecast stocks and manage them (Almost two millions TRY each month) for our terms and sales. Such as; iPhones, Macs, iPads and Accessories. • Created cool solutions for partners with EoL Products (End of Life) While I was working at one of our Retailers, I found an opportunity for our demo/used products (almost 200 units all country) to bring together with customers. So I took a risk and started to transfer those products to my shop and manage them to be ready for the customers. Basicly I transfered all units across the country to my store and brought them with customers in one quarter.. And after this situation my company and partner was relieved when these stocks ran out. Situation was ended happily for customers, Apple Inc. and for the partner!• Always stayed curious about customer expectations. Some of our customers had sofware issues. I found the issues, made a plan about it and tracked the results for further informations. After it succeed I did a keynote about it to my colleauges and influenced all the team to handle this issue.
