  Kathryn Tack has been honored as 4word’s first Emeritus Board member unanimously supported by the 4word Board of Directors on May 2, 2023. An Emeritus Board Member is a member who has served the organization six or more years and has given identifiable valuable service to 4word. Kathryn created and implemented what is known today as 4word’s Executive Women 4Christ. This group of Christian women leaders are the backbone of 4word today.
