  As the Lead Financial Analyst for the manufacturing vertical (R&D Therm Pvt Ltd) of Konark Global, I report directly to the Managing Directors and Heads of Department and handle all the FP&A responsibilities of the firm. Including but not limited to: Financial Statement reporting and analysis (P&L, Balance sheet, Cash flow and Fund flow statement), Capex and Opex Budgeting, Project-wise Contribution (Gross profit) and BEP analysis, Ratio analysis, Inventory Management and Turnover analysis, etc.I am also in-charge of tracking and fulfilling various weekly, bi-monthly, monthly and quarterly financial targets. Furthermore I am responsible for reporting financial performance for various departments (sales, purchase, design, quality, production and planning) via PowerBi dashboards and project management software's like Jira, Asana and our in-house PMS software.
