  As Associate Director, Corporate Recruiting, I am committed to strengthening existing and developing new relationships with firms within consulting and the accounting sector who seek to recruit top Ivey talent. My approach is collaboration and partnership; working with key internal and external stakeholders to evaluate business needs and market trends in order to assist in defining on-campus branding and recruiting strategies that align with business objectives. Working with some of the most prestigious Financial Services firms in the world, I was responsible for the ongoing relationship management and strategic talent acquisition advisory of existing, and new to campus recruiting partners. As Client Relations Manager, Diversified Industry, I was responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships with firms across a variety of industries and sectors, including CPG, Retail, Technology, Oil and Energy, Healthcare and Telecommunications.
