      The Green Climate Fund (GCF) is the world’s largest dedicated fund helping developing countries enhance their ability to respond to climate change. Supervises the financial and operational management of WWF's Green Climate Fund projects: Bhutan for Life, Heritage Colombia, and Recharge Pakistan. Acts as an extension of the Green Climate Fund to ensure financial policies, restrictions, and reporting guidelines are followed by all project executing entities. Drafts and manages subsidiary agreements with in-country partners, coordinating with National Governments and WWF Network Offices. Creates monitoring plans and reports for distribution to partners in order to audit project performance and maintain compliance with GCF and WWF financial policies.Develops training materials and hosts workshop sessions with in-country partners on how to identify and mitigate financial and operational risks during project implementation (fraud, corruption, conflicts of interest, Know Your Customer, etc.). Provides guidance and input on new GCF funding proposals, specifically to the: Budget, Procurement Plan, Risk Assessment and Management, AE Mgmt Fee, Term Sheet, and Anti-Money Laundering/Counter Terrorism Financing policies.
