  My role as a Sales Manager has spanned a variety of responsibilities:- Managing the Professional Services Sales team to achieve and exceed quota.- Contributing to quota and outperforming most of my own staff.- Developing sales processes for sales engagement and pipeline management.- Developing quote tools for salespeople to quickly identify delivery efforts without having to pull consultant's onto scoping calls.- Upskilling salespeople in being able to manage sales calls themselves, without a consultant present, leading to an increase scoping calls being led or entirely managed by salespeople. This in turn led to consultants being more available to deliver rather than support sales functions, and more deals closing faster due to sales taking ownership of their scoping exercises.- [My personal favourite] Establishing and deploying a sales strategy for the Penetration Testing line of business that would see ARR grow YOY across generating more leads, converting more sales and retaining more clients vs. previously stagnant years.
