I retained responsibility for the Accounts department, began signing off compliance procedures on New Business, continued as MLRO, supervising the Billing cycle, and Debtor management, review of cash collection. I liased with local auditors, regulators and Finance/HR departments in Jersey. Coaching and mentoring staff and authorising transactions for the staff, Assistant Managers and Managers in the Private Client department and continued on the Risk Committee.
