Led UK Sales Compensation Operations team to develop and implement new processes and business information systems to credit and pay HP’s UK sales employees following HP/Compaq merger. Established a new analytics team to develop a new innovative business information portal that provided a single accurate data source for cross-business group UK sales information data (sales forecast, quota targets, sales performance, market trends).
