  In addition to my day to day recruiting efforts, I am also responsible for the on-boarding, development, management and success of new recruiters. My primary objective is to ensure new recruiters are both fundamentally sound and performing at or above their growth line early on in their career in order to contribute to their long term success, and the success of the office. I have managed up to three individuals simultaneously. As a recruiter for TEKsystems, I am responsible for building consultant relationships, understanding the local employment market and consulting with technical candidates to help them advance their long-term careers. I specialize in placing Project Manager and Business Analyst professionals on engagements aligned with their technical skills, goals and interests.

  Reporting to the Director of Facilities and Special Projects with dotted line relationships to related Departmental Directors per project. Responsible for managing projects cross-functionally including but not limited to Facilities, Human Resources, Information Technology, Marketing and other patient facing departments as appropriate. Responsible for developing and maintaining a project plan, managing vendor relations, executing of all phases of a project, and facilitating regular stakeholder meetings for the respective project team to ensure that deadlines and goals set forth are met.
