      I worked within two factories; one machine operated and the other hand-topped production. My placement work included consistency panels, paperwork at BRC audited standard, daily CCP and quality checks, foreign body projects and micro swabbing and sampling. I also worked with Raw Materials performing daily intake checks and using SAP. As well as working with Hygiene to create procedures for a new wood-fired bakery line.
