  Agile CoLab engagement - MFAT needed to work through a complex problem, involve 20+ people from every aspect of their organisation and work out the parameters for a solution (not the solution itself) through a series of workshops, whilst evolving the workshops as more detail was found. I led them through an agile initiation process including a short, fun training session. Great facilitation skills were needed over the course of two weeks to come to sufficient detail, consensus and ownership of an emerging complex solution. It turns out this was exactly the process needed to help the organisation understand the problem holistically, commit themselves mentally & practically to the next steps and determine the actions needed to approach solving such an all-encompassing situation. After initial coaching on how to set up an Agile team, I helped the first ever agile marketing team to form, norm and perform as a cross-functional unit.Using techniques such as Design Sprints, Scrum, MVP and focus, within 6 weeks the team completed work which drew the attention of the commissioner with it's innovation and approach.   Agile CoLab engagement - Team split across NZ, UK, India. MAS needed to determine the true extent of the effort in delivering an online quotation system. Through a combination of in-person, online, group and individual sessions I helped the team scope, prioritise, size and elaborate their backlog. The focus being on realistic estimation, collective ownership and fun sessions. Late nights and early mornings meant that I built a team with shared experiences and brought true agility to a process which usually takes months.
