  I designed and coordinated builds of commercial, healthcare, and residential projects and selected wood, steel, and cast-in-concrete materials for various structure exteriors. I also supervised builds and effectively collaborated with engineers, contractors, consultants, and clients to achieve completion.• New York Hospital projects. Located in Flushing, Queens, NYC: ◦ Automated Pharmacy. Incorporated new dispense robots into a relocated pharmacy with total space of 8,300 sq, ft. ◦ Da Vinci Robot Operating Room. Designed, mapped MEP, and executed construction administration of a 1,000 sq. ft. automated surgery unit. ◦ Linear Accelerator (Linac). Designed, coordinated MEP, and furnished construction administration for new waiting areas, control areas, and pre-procedure holding bases along with an equipment upgrade for the Oncology suite space of 1,200 sq. ft. ◦ Sterilization Suite and equipment upgrade. Designed, mapped and coordinated MEP for new dirty and clean areas, control room, and storage areas supporting operating rooms within a new 21,400 sq. ft. building extension.• Bay Terrace Country Club, Bayside, Queens, NYC. Designed 25,000 sq. ft. space for new main pool deck, children's pool and main entrance; lower level space housing lockers, gym, and nursery. Awarded project by the Queens Chamber of Commerce.• Southampton Hospital Emergency Room, Southampton, Suffolk, NYS. Designed for renovation and addition to the current E.R. consisting of new canopy entrance, trauma rooms, emergency pediatrics, imaging and Ob-gyn space. Show less

  Facilitated preliminary design, composed client presentations, collaborated with project engineers, and configured construction documents. Performed construction administration/observation preserving contract terms. Designed a new 8,000 sq. ft. orthopedic outpatient facility, several MRI imaging installations, and several commercial 'strip mall' renovations and new outparcel buildings located in New York City and Long Island for a restaurant chain.Peconic Bay Medical Center. Multiple interior spaces at main campus in Riverhead and imaging center spaces for MRI, CT scan, X-ray, ultrasound, mammography, and bone density totaling 6,000 sq. ft. in Manorville, NY.• St. John's Episcopal Hospital Teaching Center. Project scope 35,000 sq. ft. Designed a five story structure for educating medical interns. First floor comprised of main lobby, lecture hall, and computer training area; second floor integrated an article 28 specialist clinic; third floor included main library, computer lab, class, and conference rooms; forth floor contained all simulation rooms. Lower level housed the main campus IT department and hospital central server.• Dave and Buster's Restaurant and Arcade. Designed plans/fittings for eight East coast locations encompassing interior mall fit outs and new structures. Discussed and gained design approvals with client, landlords, and building code coordination with local entities. Prepared documents required for different biddings and fulfilled construction administration.• Central Orthopedics Outpatient Clinic, Massapequa, NY. Originated entire design including MEP and structural coordinated solutions for a 12,000 sq. ft. facility with 12 exam rooms, two X-rays suites, one MRI space, and a Fluoroscopy procedure room.• St. Fidelis School, College Point, in Queens, Produced a design renovation for a 45,000 sq. ft. four story educational center.   Executed design projects for three healthcare organizations. I produced construction documents, preliminary design tasks, and configured presentation materials for client approval. Consulted with project engineers, composed documents detailing project implementation and shared insights during construction observation throughout project life cycle.• New Clinic build for Emblem Health. Project scope 51,905 sq. ft. Originated entire design, MEP mapping, and presentation drawings. First floor comprised of main lobby entrance, community services areas, primary care, and imaging spaces. Second Floor comprised of exam rooms and custom spaces accommodating medical needs for primary care, pediatrics, medical surgery, optometry, and ophthalmology, a clinical lab, and ob-gyn.• New Cancer Center for Northwell Health. Located in Riverhead, NY. Project scope 12,000 sq. ft.   Visualized project scopes and created preliminary design for structures which included mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) mapping for nursing homes and for therapy unit renovation projects situated in Brooklyn, Bronx, Upstate NY and Long Island. I regularly consulted with structural engineers on fitted solutions to project challenges. I prepared, organized, and qualified preliminary presentation drawings for client viewing and approval. In addition, I configured necessary construction documents required for Department of Housing for approval.• Assisted Living Facility. A new 230,000 sq. ft. structure located in New Paltz. Designed cellar level spaces attractively accommodating site natural contours for office staff, storage, and mechanical. First floor encompassed main lobby entrance, occupational therapy, spa facilities, assisted living, nursing home, pediatric and young adult rehabilitation units, and kitchen with support areas.
