      Dealing with 7 Districts,Sukkur,Khairpur,Jacobabad , Kashmore,Larkana,Dadu and Kamber Shadadkot• Monitor the efficient operations byDistrict Program Managers( DPMs) andTeacher Learning Associates( TLAs) in their assigned districts.• Make routine visits to the intervention districts and oversee the work done by the DPMs and their respective TLAs. The routine visits include visiting all seven districts every month• This visit is of three working days, where two days are spent on the field, monitoring at least two TLAs per day and one day is spent with the DPM validating and sorting the data at district headquarters. • Provide assistance to TLAs, DSEs and DPMs during de-briefing sessions• Evaluate the data received from DPMs and report to EM on a daily basis about program status and any anomalies• Proactively identify opportunities for improving services and outcomes and implement strategies to effect improvements in these areas• Participate in the development of statistical analysis, interpretation and reporting procedures for team’s performance related data• To assist in identification of departmental training needs and to liaise with SRP LLAs for training and instruction of TLAs, initiating training as appropriate 11 Ensure efficiency of logistical framework for field execution• Participate in the development of policies, guidelines and quality control procedures for the reporting and dissemination of organization performance related data• Compile quantitative data along with the success stories from the assigned districts and report any major anomalies • Provide updates and report to EM on completion of every cycle.
