  I lead a team of 7 colleagues who work for TSC UKI. Our team basically supports the staffing process by balancing our Demand -roles to be staffed- and our Supply -available and coming available employees-. We articulate between the business need to staff roles, the company need to produce revenue and our employee interests and career development.As HR Forecasting and Planning Specialist for Accenture UKI (United Kingdom and Ireland), my main responsibilities are:Supporting the geography in a variety of HR reporting and metrics, especially around productivity and resource Supply and Demand.I also support the Productivity Forecasting process for the geography, assisting the Talent Supply Chain leads with their inputs, and designing/improving the forecasting model that works with all those pieces together.I've built and provided support for automated templates that my TSC colleagues use to report on their particular groups, using a single data source. I have provided trainings, on various HR metrics and reports, and also generally on Excel best practices on other technologies, being a point of contact to direct queries to.Outside of my core role, I lead an Innovation initiative which aims at redesigning the way we'd usually work, by automating tasks and reports in order to produce faster and better deliveries. The tools I've used the most for this are -in order- MS Excel and its built-in features, VBA programming -macros-, Microsoft Power Query, Sharepoint and Microsoft PowerBI. Show less
